The Contractor shall complete the Work on or before the date or dates specified in <br /> DOCUMENT 006013 -CONTRACT. <br /> I <br /> 1.26 WAGES <br /> A. All laborers, workmen, or mechanics in each trade or occupation employed in the performance <br /> of the Contract either by Contractor,Subcontractor, or other person doing Work shall be paid <br /> not less than the prevailing rate of wage as defined in RCW 39.12.010. Bidder shall use the <br /> Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective at the time of bid <br /> opening. Bidder is solely responsible to use the schedule in effect at the Bid Opening Date, <br /> determine the appropriate labor classification(s), and use the appropriate and correct prevailing <br /> wage and benefit rate(s). The Contractor is required to actively solicit bids for subcontract work from "Disadvantaged <br /> Business Enterprises"(DBE's)and"Women's Business Enterprises"(WBE's). <br /> B.
