' CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS SECTION 01 50 00 <br /> TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND CONTROLS <br /> 2. Storage Spaces: Heating and ventilating as needed to maintain products according to <br /> ' Contract Documents;lighting for maintenance and inspection of products. <br /> H. Removal: At completion of Work remove buildings, foundations, utility services, and debris. <br /> Restore areas to same or better condition as original condition. <br /> ' 1.7 VEHICULAR ACCESS <br /> A. Provide (5) orange temporary traffic detour signs and erect at locations directed by the Port. <br /> The Port will identify detour routes for vehicle traffic within the Port property. <br /> B. Provide and maintain access to fire hydrants and control valves free of obstructions. <br /> C. Use existing on-Site roads and paved areas for construction traffic. <br /> 1.8 PARKING <br /> ' A. Arrange for temporary parking areas to accommodate construction personnel. <br /> ' B. Locate as approved by Property Owner. <br /> C. If Site space is not adequate,provide additional off-Site parking. <br /> ' D. Use of designated areas of existing on-Site streets and driveways used for construction traffic is <br /> not permitted. Tracked vehicles are not allowed on paved areas. <br /> E. Maintenance: <br /> 1. Maintain traffic and parking areas in sound condition free of excavated material, <br /> construction equipment,products,mud, snow,ice,and the like. <br /> 2. Maintain existing and permanent paved areas used for construction; promptly repair <br /> breaks, potholes, low areas, standing water, and other deficiencies, to maintain paving <br /> and drainage in original condition. <br /> F. Removal,Repair: <br /> ' 1. Remove temporary materials and construction at Substantial Completion. <br /> 2. Repair permanent facilities damaged by use,to original condition. <br /> ' 1.9 PROGRESS CLEANING AND WASTE REMOVAL <br /> A. Maintain areas free of waste materials, debris, and rubbish. Maintain Site in clean and orderly <br /> ' condition. <br /> B. Remove debris and rubbish from closed or remote spaces,before enclosing spaces. <br /> ' C.
