Provide methods, means, and facilities to prevent contamination of soil, water, and atmosphere <br /> from discharge of noxious,toxic substances and pollutants produced by construction operations. <br /> B. Comply with pollution and environmental control requirements of authorities having <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> C. Comply with Section 01 56 00. <br /> 1.21 REMOVAL OF TEMPORARY UTILITIES,FACILITIES,AND CONTROLS <br /> A. Remove temporary utilities, equipment, facilities, and materials before Substantial Completion , <br /> inspection. <br /> B. Remove underground installations to minimum depth of 2 feet. , <br /> C.
