ORDINANCE NO. 2625-02 <br /> AN ORDINANCE concerning alcohol <br /> at the City's golf courses, amending Section <br /> 21 of Ordinance No. 3471 as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 89-70 (EMC 9.06.200) <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 21 of Ordinance No. 3471 as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 89-70 (EMC 9.06.200) which reads as follows: <br /> LIQUOR CONCESSIONAIRES. <br /> A. The City Council may grant to concessionaires of the city operating at the <br /> club houses of Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall golf courses the privilege, <br /> subject to appropriate city, state and federal requirements, of selling and/or <br /> dispensing container beer and wine; provided however, that the privilege shall <br /> be limited to those concessionaires who operate full restaurant facilities in <br /> conjunction with the sale and/or dispensing of beer and wine. <br /> B. The sale or dispensing of any intoxicating liquors on city park property other <br /> than by a concessionaire or person authorized by the City is unlawful. <br /> C. The sale or dispensing or consumption of intoxicating liquors on city park <br /> property shall be limited to the concessionaire's premises only. Possession of <br /> an open container of intoxicating liquor or consumption of liquor at any <br /> location other than the premises of duly licensed concessionaires to whom the <br /> privilege to sell beer and wine has been granted by the city council is unlawful <br /> and shall subject violators to prosecution under existing city criminal <br /> ordinances. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> LIQUOR CONCESSIONAIRES. <br /> A. Concessionaires of the City operating at the club houses of Legion Memorial <br /> and Walter E. Hall Golf courses are authorized, subject to appropriate City, <br /> state and federal requirements, to sell and/or dispense beer and wine; provided <br /> however, that the privilege shall be limited to those concessionaires who <br /> operate full restaurant facilities in conjunction with the sale and/or dispensing <br /> of beer and wine. <br /> B.
