In general,plans will be developed using a one-inch equals 20 feet horizontal <br /> scale, however different scales may be used if necessary for clarity. <br /> Specifications - Prepare specifications consisting of bidding and contract documents, <br /> standard details, technical specifications and appendices. Specifications will be <br /> prepared in WSDOT APWA standard format for all utility and roadway work. <br /> Specifications for the specialty golf course improvements will be prepared in CSI <br /> MasterFormat in a separate section. The specifications are anticipated to include the <br /> following components that will be incorporated in a project manual by the City. <br /> • Bid Proposals for Legion Golf Course Stormwater Detention Project <br /> • Special Provisions and Technical Specifications for Legion Golf Course <br /> Stormwater Detention Project <br /> Estimate—MSA will prepare an engineer's opinion of probable construction cost <br /> estimate based upon the 60% design that includes an appropriate contingency for the <br /> level of design completion. <br /> 9.4 60% Review& Workshop—The City will prepare a complete 60% PS&E package to <br /> include City's prepared N. Wetmore Stormwater Separation design and MSA's <br /> Stormwater Detention and Golf Course plans. MSA will review the complete 60% <br /> PS&E package and a workshop will be conducted with the City to review the complete <br /> 60%PS&E package and collaborate on work required to prepare the 90% deliverable. <br /> The 90%plans and specifications will be revised based on review comments and <br /> discussions with City. Written responses to review comments will be prepared and <br /> submitted in a timely manner. <br /> 9.5 Prepare 90% PS&E Submittal- Following the 60% Review Workshop, MSA will <br /> prepare PS&E submittal to a 90% level of design completion incorporating agreed <br /> review comments. MSA will prepare an engineer's opinion of probable construction <br /> cost estimate based upon the 90% design that includes an appropriate contingency. <br /> 9.6 90% & Workshop—The City will prepare a complete 90% PS&E package to include <br /> City's prepared N. Wetmore Stormwater Separation design and MSA's Stormwater <br /> Detention and Golf Course plans. MSA will review the complete 90%PS&E package <br /> and a workshop will be conducted with the City to review the complete 90%PS&E <br /> package and collaborate on work required to prepare the 100%deliverable. The 100% <br /> plans and specifications will be revised based on review comments and discussions <br /> with City.
