This written justification must include the projected volume of food to be stored, the number <br /> of deliveries for each food item per day/week, and the number of meals served each day. The <br /> justification must also include the reasons why you believe a variance to the minimum refrigeration <br /> requirement should be granted. Please note the submittal of the documentation is not a guaranty of <br /> approval to reduce the minimum amount of refrigeration. <br /> 8.
