Consideration of the <br /> installation of refrigeration of a lesser amount requires written justification to be submitted for <br /> review. This written justification must include the projected volume of food to be stored, the number <br /> of deliveries for each food item per day/week, and the number of meals served each day. The <br /> justification must also include the reasons why you believe a variance to the minimum refrigeration <br /> requirement should be granted. Please note the submittal of the documentation is not a guaranty of <br /> approval to reduce the minimum amount of refrigeration. <br /> 8. Submit a revised floor plan, drawn to scale, showing location of all equipment, plumbing fixtures <br /> and the like, that includes the required additional information and equipment. The scale of the <br /> drawing must be no smaller than '/ inch equals 1 foot. Please note that plans may be submitted in <br /> an unsecured PDF format. Cut sheets and all other information may also be submitted in a PDF <br /> format. <br /> Please note that prior to operating permit issuance and approval to open the new facility, after the <br /> Health District plan review process is completed and construction is finished, the Health District permit <br /> application process must be completed and a preoperational inspection must be conducted. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
