A detailed site plan showing <br /> existing and proposed conditions to correct this violation will be required. <br /> • The parking lot will be required to have accessible parking provided, if any parking is <br /> provided. A Building Permit will be required along with a detailed site plan showing the <br /> accessible van parking space, adjacent access aisle, and accessible route of travel from <br /> the accessible parking stall to the entrance. <br /> • Please submit the permit applications along with 4 sets of drawings within the next 90 days, <br /> no later than August 17th, 2016. Permit applications, design standards, and submittal <br /> checklists are located on the City's website, at https://everettwa.gov/permits or at our <br /> Permit Counter located on the 2nd Floor of 3200 Cedar Street. <br /> The following departments can assist you to identify the requirements needed to meet City <br /> Standards: <br /> • The Planning Department can be contacted to discuss the Zoning Code and its associated <br /> standards applying to repaving and/or landscaping requirements, as well as the required <br /> number of parking stalls. Please stop by the Permit Counter and ask to speak with the <br /> Planner on Duty or call 425-257-8810 and press option 3. <br /> • A Building Reviewer can be contacted to discuss the International Building Code and the <br /> requirements to comply with accessible parking. Please stop by the Permit Counter and ask <br /> to speak with a Commercial Building Reviewer or call 425-257-8810 and press option 5, <br /> then 2. <br /> • The Traffic Engineering Department can be contacted to review and discuss the required <br /> parking layout and access, as it needs to comply with our Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications for Development. Please stop by the Permit Counter and ask <br /> to speak with a Traffic Engineer or call 425-257-8810 and press option 7. <br /> • The Public Works Department can be contacted to review any changes to the site's <br /> surfaces and stormwater management. Please stop by the Permit Counter and ask to <br /> speak with a Public Works Reviewer or call 425-257-8810 and press option 6. <br /> You are welcome to stop by the Permit Services Counter to discuss requirements prior to <br /> submitting your permit applications.
