Ted Budden n„ w v 3 00 1
From: Ted Budden
Sent: Friday, March 09, 2012 2:18 PM
To: Kevin Fagerstrom
Cc: Tony Lee; Jeff Heilman; Jessie Patterson; Heidi Davis
Subject: 2130 Howard
Hi Kevin,
We have a property that has become a perennial problem. Here is a brief summary of the status and record.
1. 1/23/2008 The property was posted with a notice that code violations were observed and that permits were
required. This was for alteration work being performed within a detached garage. The alterations included
plumbing and wall construction.
2. 10/19/2008 an electrical permit was expired for work in the same detached garage. This work was not given
inspection approval and remains incomplete.
3. 3/2/2012 a stop work order was posted on the property for work being performed without permits. This work is
occurring in the main house.
4. 3/2/12 The owner came to our permit center to apply for a portion of the permits required to bring the property
into compliance. The permit was not issued. The owner became disrespectful and angry with the counter staff
and left the office without the desired permit.
5. 3/7/2012 1 posted the property with an unlawful structure placard due to the pattern of non compliance and
unresponsiveness.
Please try to fit this into your busy schedule for enforcement action.
Have a great weekend.
Ted Budden
i
