Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide plans, sections, and details to clearly define the scope of work involved to <br /> "remove and replace insulation in basement, correct framing in basement, sheetrock <br /> basement" as indicated on the City of Everett permit counter transmittal received on <br /> 4/27/12. <br /> 2. Provide floor plan with all spaces labeled for the intended use of the space. <br /> 3. Show on plans how each space is provided natural light and ventilation per R303 IRC. <br /> 4. Provide section of below grade walls. Show required fire blocking and insulation levels. <br /> 5. Provide square footage of area being finished (measured to the exterior side of walls). <br /> 6.
