INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER: <br /> 1. If a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent <br /> construction permit within eighteen (18) months from the approval date of this <br /> decision,the permit shall be deemed terminated,unless an extension is granted. If the <br /> permittee requests an extension in writing not later than eighteen (18) months from <br /> the land use permit date, the Director may grant a six (6)month extension. <br /> 2. A building permit is required for this project. <br /> 3. The driveway is limited to 20 feet in width within the 20-foot front setback. The <br /> gravel in excess of 20 feet in width between the front lot line and the 20-foot setback <br /> line must be removed. <br /> 4. The R.V. parked in front of the house must not be parked within the 20-foot front <br /> setback. <br /> 5. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use <br /> Hearing Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date <br /> of this notice.
