the action proposed should do so in writing and file said objection with the Everett City Clerk <br /> prior to June 4, 2014, or shall appear and present their objections at the public hearing. <br /> Section 6. The City Clerk shall give notice of the public hearing by: (1) one publication of the <br /> notice of hearing and copy of this resolution in a newspaper of general circulation in the City; <br /> and (2) mailing a complete copy of this resolution, including a copy of the proposed activities, <br /> budget, and assessment rates for the ensuing fiscal years, to the owners or reputed owners of <br /> property in the BIA whose names appear as the owners on the records of the City Treasurer, at <br /> the address for such owners as shown on the records of the City Treasurer, or at such other <br /> address for a particular owner as such owner may have previously requested in writing, or, if no <br /> address is shown there, to the address shown in the tax records of the Snohomish County <br /> Assessor. <br /> Section 7. A copy of the proposed activities, budget, and assessment rates are attached as <br /> Attachments A, B, and C to this resolution. <br /> Section 8.
