Section 10. Section 36 of Ordinance No.2397-99, as amended (EMC Chapter 19.05), entitled <br /> Special Regulation#9 for Zoning Code Table#5.1,which reads: <br /> (9) Duplexes in any zone and on any sized lot shall comply with Section 7.010. See <br /> Section 7.020 for regulations on accessory buildings. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (9) Duplexes in any zone and on any sized lot shall comply with Section 7.010. See <br /> Section 7.020 for regulations on accessory buildings. The minimum lot area for a duplex <br /> in the R-2 zone is 7,500 square feet. <br /> Section 11.
