Section 6. Section 4.020 (S) of Ordinance No.1671-89, as amended <br /> (EMC 19.04.020 (S)), is hereby amended by the addition of the following definition: <br /> "Senior citizen housing"means a housing development in which all dwelling units are to <br /> be occupied by a person or persons age fifty-five or older; provided, however, that <br /> younger spouses shall be permitted. <br /> Section 7. Section 4.020(W) of Ordinance No.1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.04.020((W)), <br /> definition of "Wetlands, riparian"which reads: <br /> "Wetlands,riparian"means those wetlands that generally occur within a riparian corridor <br /> that is contiguous to or have a surface hydrologic connection with a stream. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Wetlands, riparian"means those wetlands that generally occur within a riparian corridor <br /> that is contiguous to or have a surface hydrologic connection with a stream. Wetlands <br /> formed by hillside seeps that are not hydrologically affected by water in a nearby stream <br /> are not riparian wetlands. However, wetlands on a hillside may be riparian wetlands if <br /> adjacent to a stream that flows down the hillside. <br /> Section 8. Section 36 of Ordinance No.2397-99, as amended(EMC Chapter 19.05), entitled <br /> Special Regulation#2 for Zoning Code Table#5.1, which reads: <br /> (2) Rental of rooms for lodging is limited to two persons in any single-family dwelling. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (2) Rental of rooms for lodging is limited to two persons in any single-family dwelling. <br /> See Section 39.060 for additional standards. <br /> Section 9.
