Agreement and continue through September 30, 2030, ("HOME Program <br /> Compliance Period") <br /> Throughout the HOME Program Compliance Period, as specified in the Use <br /> Restriction Covenant Agreement, the HOME-Assisted Units shall remain <br /> affordable and in compliance with the HOME requirements until September 30, <br /> 2030. <br /> Minimum HOME Compliance Period — The minimum period of affordability for <br /> HOME-Assisted Units shall be not less than the applicable period specified in <br /> 92.252(e) as follows: <br /> Activity Average Per- Minimum <br /> Unit HOME $ Affordability <br /> Period <br /> Rehabilitation or <$15,000/unit 5 years <br /> acquisition of existing <br /> housing <br /> $15,000 - 10 years <br /> $40,000 / unit <br /> >$40,000 / unit 15 years <br /> Refinance of rehabilitation Any $ amount 15 years <br /> project <br /> New construction or Any $ amount 20 years <br /> acquisition of new housing <br /> This Loan Agreement may be terminated by the City as provided in Section VI-B <br /> hereof. <br /> H. Agency Operations <br /> The Agency shall provide or cause to be provided administrative, fiscal, and <br /> management services; employ staff; and purchase, rent, and use supplies and <br /> materials as needed to operate, maintain, and protect the Project in accordance <br /> with this Loan Agreement, the HOME Program statutes and the HOME <br /> Regulations. This shall include, but not be limited to, compliance with the <br /> grounds and procedures governing grievance hearings as set forth in the HOME <br /> Regulations. In addition, grievance hearings, conferences, notices, and <br /> summaries pursuant to this Loan Agreement shall be in English or in the <br /> language of the majority of residents. <br /> I. Obligations Following Termination <br /> Following expiration or termination of this Loan Agreement, the Agency's <br /> obligations to the City shall remain in full force and effect until all closeout <br /> requirements are completed.
