III. RESIDENT POPULATION <br /> From the Effective Date and thereafter for the 15 year term of the Use Restriction <br /> Covenant Agreement, seven (7) units shall be occupied by Very Low-Income <br /> tenants with incomes not exceeding 50% of Area Median Income ("AMI") <br /> respectively, for the Seattle-Bellevue, WA HUD Metro FMR ("fair market rents") <br /> area, at the time of initial occupancy as indicated herein.
