Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br />1. Provide site plan per City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist 3 copies no larger <br />than 11x17, include all items listed on checklist. <br />2. Provide one (1) reduced set of building plans no larger than 11x17. <br />3. All documents must be clearly legible. Some pages are faded and illegible. <br />4. Bathroom fixtures in 3/4 bath located in the addition do not appear to meet minimum <br />fi�ure clearances per figure R307.1 International Residential Code (IRC) revise layout to <br />provide minimum clearances. <br />Framed walls, concrete walls and below grade walls separating heated space and <br />unheated space are required to be insulated. Provide section at stairs and bathroom <br />showing WSEC requirements. <br />5. WA State Energy Code Option 3a requires a gas, propane or oil-fired furnace with <br />minimum AFUE of 95%.
