Please submit hvo setsof drawings <br /> with a response letter indicating how corrections are resolved on the plan set. All required <br /> submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure •�vill <br /> be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Additional revisions may be necessary <br /> before a permit can be issued. <br /> General <br /> �/ 1. To identify what is being proposed as new work on this permit, please revise the <br /> drawings as follows: <br /> a. The drewings should be clear enough that the scope of the new work and <br /> demolition couid be understood and built by someone other than the submitter. <br /> b. Applicable codes shouid be listed. <br /> c. Please indicate on the plans whether or not the building has an existing, <br /> monirored sprinkler and or fire alarm system, <br /> J2. The Snohomish County Assessors website indicates a mezzanine Ievel. Please clarify the <br /> extent of the mezzanine on the drawings, including access and a plan of the mezzanine <br /> level. <br /> Occupancy <br /> � 1. Please show the ocapancy classifications, occupant loads based on occupancy and <br /> square foot area, and total occupancy load of the building, summarized in a code <br /> analysis section on the cover sheet. The construction type should also be identified. <br /> Egress <br /> Jl. Based on occupant load and common path of travel, hvo exits are required, per IBC <br /> section 1015.1. <br /> '�2. The door leading into the workroom for the second exit should not be subject to locking <br /> from the egress side, per IBC section 1014.2, exception 2.3. <br /> �3. A demarcated path of travel should indicate the 49 inch wide exit path in the shop and <br /> work area, per IBC section 1014.2, exception 2.4. <br /> II� <br />
