August 10, 2016 <br /> 1607-31, and the city clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition <br /> of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Moore <br /> Ordinance No. 3506-16 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL 1607-32: <br /> President Murphy opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No. <br /> 1607-32, a proposed ordinance establishing zoning for the Smith Island <br /> Municipal Annexation Area, amending Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 1671-89 <br /> (as amended). <br /> President Murphy invited public comment. <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1607-32 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing zoning for the Smith Island Municipal <br /> Annexation Area, amending Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 1671-89 (as <br /> amended) <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> 259 <br />
