We understand that <br />concrete rubble walls were located near the top of tl�e steep slope that were in disrepair. A landslide <br />occurred on the slope below the walls in November 2012. We have previously provided <br />recoinmendations for landslide stabilization �neasures t11at occurred on this property and the neighboring <br />property to ihe east in November 2012 in a letter titled "Landslide Evaluation L,etter — Gustafson Property <br />— 1215 Madrona Avenue, Lverett, Washington," dated �1pri1 l 2, 20l 3.
