OTHER CONTRACTS: The Owner shall have the right to let other Contracts in <br /> connection with the Work,and the Contractor shall cooperate with any such Contractors. ' <br /> B. "N.I.C." All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code,Current <br /> Adopted Edition. <br /> B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and the <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans,latest edition. <br /> D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition. ' <br /> E. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br /> F. Any material specified by reference to the number,symbol, or title of a specified <br /> standards, such as Commercial Standard Federal Specifications,a trade association <br /> standard,or other similar standard, shall comply with the requirements of the latest <br /> revision thereof,and any amendment or supplement thereto in effect on the date of <br /> Invitation for Bids,except as limited to type,class or grade,or modified in such <br /> references. All work shall conform to the standard referred to,except as modified in <br /> these specifications and the drawings. <br /> 1.05 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES <br /> A. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for protection and safekeeping of products ' <br /> under this Contract. <br /> B. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for use of additional storage for work areas needed , <br /> for operations. <br /> 1.06 CHECKING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ' <br /> A.
