The publications are referred to in the text by basic designations only. <br /> B. Code of Federal and State Regulations <br /> 1. OSHA General Industry Safety and Health Standards(29 CFR 1910),Publication <br /> V2206; OSHA Construction Industry Standards(29 CFR 1926.) <br /> 2. National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants(40 CFR,part 61). <br /> 3. Washington State Department of Labor and Industries(WISHA)49.17-49.26 <br /> RCW <br /> 4. The following submittals are required to be delivered within 5 days after Notice to <br /> Proceed has been received. <br /> 1. Health and Safety Plan(specific to this project) <br /> 2. Fall Protection Plan Specific to each building. <br /> 3. Copies of all minutes/notes from daily safety meetings. <br /> 1.04 ACCIDENT REPORTING <br /> A. Serious accidents such as those resulting in treatment of an injury at a medical facility, <br /> response to the site by emergency medical personnel or damage to property other than <br /> that of the Contractor shall be reported to the Owner within twenty-four(24)hours of the <br /> occurrence. <br /> B.
