The Contractor shall be responsible for first aid; the safety,efficiency,and adequacy of <br /> the Contractor's plant,Equipment,and method of construction; and for any damage or <br /> I <br /> injury resulting from the failure, improper maintenance,use or operation of such plant or <br /> Equipment or method of operation. <br /> tB. Notifications Relative to Contractor's Activities: <br /> 1. The Contractor shall plan and schedule Contractor work activities to conform to <br /> I and allow time for notifications,approvals,reviews, and other conditions of the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> a. For Work That Partially or Completely Restricts Any Arterial, Street, <br /> I Sidewalk, or Alley <br /> b. Disruptions to,or service modification requests for,Everett transit <br /> service <br /> c. Property access restrictions <br /> Id. Emergency Work for Pavement or Sidewalk Problems <br /> The Contractor shall: <br /> IC. <br /> 1. Permitting traffic to pass through the Work with the least possible <br /> inconvenience or delay except in those areas where safety and lack of <br /> I space requires detour of the traffic elsewhere. <br /> b.
