I POLICE HQ—MASONRY CLEANING AND REPAIR APRIL 15, 2016 I Sealed proposals for the CITY OF EVERETT—POLICE HQ—MASONRY CLEANING AND REPAIR project will be received by the City of Everett, Washington, at the office of the City Clerk, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, WA 98201,until day of week, date, at 2:00 p.m.. Bids will not be received thereafter. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and read aloud in the office space across the hall from the City Clerk's Office on the first floor of the Wall Street Building, Everett,WA. The character and scope of the work includes, but is not limited to: scope of work. The ' engineer's estimate for this Project is$500,000.00. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at time,day of week, date at the site at ADDRESS,Everett, WA.Any interested bidders may attend. Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and sent to all the planholders. Bid documents and performance plans and specifications may also be viewed or ordered on-line from Builders Exchange at http://www.bxwa.com/public/everett.html. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved by the City to postpone contract awards for a period of sixty(60) days after the bid opening.
