Paul is <br />okay with accepting a C permit for the triplex to combine building/mechanical/plumbing on one permit, if you are. <br />Re-inspections are required, and Tony wants those charged out at $54.50 per inspection type (M-E-P-B) for a total of <br />$218. The valuation of the carport enclosure would determine an additional fee plus plan review. <br />I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns. <br />Meg <br />
