Since work was done without permits, and the original permit expired without getting finaled, a new permit submittal is required at this time. There were no attachments to your e-mail. Two sets of printed pians are required for a permit application; we do not accept electronic submittals at this time. You were very helpful at the counter when I came into the office with regard to the letter the owner received about the property not ever getting final inspection approval at 2306 Wetmore. You gave me the name and contact number for Paul the permit service manager. I wanted to see if you could send his e mail address. I have a real problem on trying to address this situation. I've tried to locate the architect whose nowhere to be found. The previous owner who I sold the property for to the current owner, is in a nursing home in Edmonds with Alzheimer's and her daughter has no idea where any records or information would be on the property.
