Contact the City of Everett Building Division /ocated at 3200 Cedar Street to apply for and obtain al/ necessary <br />and required construction permits to bring the property into compliance by June 26, 20I4, <br />2. All work must be completed, inspected and approved by Ju/y 25, 2014, <br />Ifi you could call me (I don't have your phone number}, we can review the next steps we discussed on June 23rd, per rr�y <br />e-maii below, for which I would recommencl hiring a design professiana! to assist you to submit revised drawings to the <br />building department for a building permit. I can then meet with you and whomever you decide to hire to discuss any <br />questions that you or they may have. <br />Since work was done without permits, and the original permit expired without getting finaled, a new permit submittal is <br />required at this time. There were no attachments to your e-mail. You were very helpful at the counter when I came into <br />the office with regard to the letter the owner received about the property not ever getting final inspection <br />approval at 2306 Wetmore. <br />You gave me the name and contact number for Paul the permit service manager. I wanted to see if you could <br />send his e mail address. I have a real problem on trying to address this situation. I've tried to locate the architect <br />whose nowhere to be found. The previous owner who I sold the property for to the current owner, is in a <br />nursing home in Edmonds with Alzheimer's and her daughter has no idea where any records or information <br />would be on the property. <br />
