Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the nrocessina of vour annlication to continue, it will be necessarv to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide foundation ventilation calculation; show foundation vent locations on foundation <br />plan. <br />2. Provide minimum 2 anchor bolts per piece and within 12 inches of each end of each <br />piece; show requirement on plans. <br />3. Provide 6 mil black moisture barrier in crawl space, lap edges 12"; show on plans. <br />4. Provide section/detail for cripple walls where foundation does not attach directly to floor <br />assembly. <br />5. Specify connectors used at post/footing and post/beam. <br />6. Specify required insulation in existing floor joists per Washington State Energy Code, <br />2009 Edition. <br />7.
