I attached Ingalsbe reply in case it helps. The <br />structure is currently being used as a rental triplex and I am told it has been used that way for many years. <br />I believe the basement should be unfinished but fire inspected recently and found it is a dwelling unit. The house has <br />also been converted into two other units. <br />Can you confirm there is evidence of alteration of the structure without required permits? Occupancy of areas not <br />designed as living space?
