• A. <br /> Project:2016 Biosolids Removal <br /> A a Change Order No. 1 <br /> Change Order Effective Date: Sept,2016 <br /> Exhibit A—Description of Changed Work <br /> In April of 2016,the City and our Contractor(American Process Group Inc.) entered <br /> into a Contract for the 2016 Biosolids Removal Project for the dredging and <br /> dewatering of 2000 dry tons of biosolids from the City's Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility (Project). <br /> This Change Order adds costs associated with: <br /> 1. Additional dry tons dredged and dewatered <br /> As dredging and dewatering operations proceeded, additional solids were <br /> identified that needed to be removed. The City's Project Manager authorized <br /> the dredging and dewatering of an additional 74.43 dry tons. <br /> Costs associated with this item result in a net increase to the total Contract <br /> value of$15,713.29. <br />
