Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Provide whole house ventilation system per M1507.3 International Residential Code. <br /> (IRC) <br /> 2. Revise square footage totals to reflect changes made to plans. <br /> The following corrections are numbered based on the correction letter sent January 23, <br /> 2015. The items listed were either not addressed, addressed incorrectly, or created a <br /> correction based on the revision submitted. <br /> 1. Provide outside dimensions of the proposed addition and existing dwelling on the <br /> site plan. <br /> "The site plan" refers to a site plan drawn to scale (min 1"=20) on no larger than <br /> 11x17 paper with all items from the residential submittal checklist included on the <br /> site plan.
