Snohomish Health District Sanitary Code, Chapter 8.1 (WAC 246-272A-0290) Expansions & <br /> Snohomish Health District Sanitary Code, Chapter 8.1.2 Supplemental On-Site Sewage Disposal <br /> Policies And Procedures (Repairs and Remodels) requires all existing buildings or structures to <br /> which additions, alterations, or improvements are made shall be served by an on-site sewage <br /> disposal system complying with WAC 246-272A. SHD has no record of the on-site sewage <br /> disposal system serving this property. Refer to the enclosed information on the Permit Process for <br /> Onsite Sewage Disposal System Application. For further assistance, contact a licensed sewage <br /> disposal system designer. <br /> 2. Provide a detailed plot plan depicting the location of the existing septic tank(s) and general <br /> sewage disposal area. <br /> A copy of the SHD appeals procedure is available upon request.
