It appears that the health district is not able to approve your request at this time. If
you have consulted with an engineer who designs septic systems and are still not able to get approval from the SHD for a
design, than there appears to only be one course of action remaining. Per the Hearing Examiner order of case CE12-
0794,the structure must be made to comply with the Everett Municipal Codes by April 30, 2013. A building permit
would be required to remove all un-permitted construction within the garage as well as to substantiate any work that
has been done to the porch. Please contact Jeff Heilman at 3200 Cedar Street for more information regarding the
permit process.
Sincerely,
Tony Lee
Building Official
City of Everett
From: Cesar Ruiz [mailto:cruizCalnw-roofing.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 14, 2013 12:32 AM
To: Gordon Witcher
Subject: RE: 2324 103rd St SW
Hello Gordon.
The Snohomish Health District didn't approve the project, 1 'll attach the letter that they gave me.The question is what is
the next step?
Thank you.
Cesar Ruiz
206-313-5688
1
