The land use permit shall be deemed to be terminated, except where a time limit on the land use permit is otherwise established by federal or state law, city ordinance, or an executed development agreement. b. If the permittee requests an extension in writing not later than eighteen months from the land use permit date,the director may grant a six-month extension. 2.
