Amenities on Evergreen Way and Designated Side Streets inside the MUO. The intent of <br /> this section is to reinforce a high-quality pedestrian friendly environment on private <br /> property where it meets the Evergreen Way public right-of-way. At least one of the <br /> amenities listed below must be included for each 100 lineal feet of public street frontage. <br /> Two or more elements of the same type may count as two amenities. Sites with less than <br /> 100 feet of frontage shall provide one amenity. The amenities shall be located along the <br /> street frontage; they need not be spaced 100 feet apart, but may be located where they can <br /> be most appreciated. The amenities must be in addition to those required by other <br /> provisions of this Chapter. If the amenities already exist along the property's street <br /> fronts, they may satisfy this requirement. Desirable amenities include: <br /> a.
