This analysis has been performed in accordance with the Crown Castle <br /> Structural 'Statement of Work' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 784024, in accordance <br /> with application 290680, revision 1. <br /> The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we <br /> have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be: <br /> LCS: Existing + Proposed Equipment Sufficient Capacity <br /> Note:See Table I and Table II for the proposed and existing loading,respectively. <br /> This analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2012 International Building Code based upon an <br /> ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 110 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 85 mph per <br /> section 1609.3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G Standard per Exception#5 of Section 1609.1.1. <br /> Exposure Category C with a topographic category 1 and crest height of 0 feet, and Risk Category II were used <br /> in this analysis.
