Law No. 112-96, 126 Stat 156),mandates that state and local governments"may <br /> not deny, and shall approve, any eligible facilities request for a modification of an existing wireless <br /> tower or base station that does not substantially change the physical dimensions of such tower or base <br /> station." Under federal law, an Eligible Facilities Request is deemed granted sixty(60)days after a <br /> complete application is filed with a local jurisdiction. <br /> T-Mobile proposes to modify an existing unmanned Wireless Communication Facility as follows: <br /> • Install (3) new panel antennas <br /> • Install (3) new remote radio heads (RRH's) <br /> • Install (3) FRLB to the ground <br /> The Foundation for a Wireless World. <br /> CrownCastle.com <br />
