Transportation facilities of statewide significance in all zones as "II(53)" and <br /> (53) A Review Process I land use decision is required for projects that are categorically exempt <br /> under SEPA. A Review Process III land use decision is required for projects in shoreline <br /> jurisdiction with a project area greater than one acre." <br /> SECTION 11: Ordinance 1671-89, as amended by Section 36 of Ordinance No. 2397-99, <br /> Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2445-00, Section 2 of Ordinance 2525-01, Sections 4 and 73 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2538-01, Sections 2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 2556-01, Section 1 of Ordinance No. <br /> 2566-01, and Sections 11-16 and 18-21 of Ordinance No. 2657-02, (EMC 19.5 Use Standards <br /> Table 5.2) is hereby amended by the addition of two new footnotes and use limitations as <br /> follows: <br /> (54) Prohibited on the Mukilteo tank farm property, except that ATM machines, boat rentals are <br /> permitted. <br /> Footnote (54) is added to the following uses: barber/beauty shop; dry cleaner, retail; financial <br /> institution; Laundromat; personal services; printing, duplication; shopping center; tavern; <br /> convention, exhibition center; nightclub; clinic; church; schools, preschool to grade 12; <br /> aboveground utility and communications facility, major; and auto, small truck, boat, motorcycle, <br /> recreational vehicle sales or rental; <br /> (55) Water-dependent governmental and educational scientific research and testing facilities are <br /> permitted on the Mukilteo Tank Farm property. <br /> Footnote (55) is added to research, testing labs. <br /> SECTION 12: Ordinance 1671-89, as amended, (EMC19.30A.010 Watershed Resource <br /> Management Zone), which reads in part <br /> Purpose. <br /> The purpose of the watershed resource management (WRM) zone is to provide a land use <br /> classification which allows for the continuation of existing uses and anticipated future uses for <br /> land in the city-owned Chaplain Tract within the corporate limits of Everett. These are lands that <br /> are not intended for urban development and are located outside the urban growth boundary. <br /> These properties are intended to be used only for municipal service purposes that do not conflict <br /> with the maintenance of a safe and adequate water supply for the Everett water system, and <br /> which are in accordance with applicable license requirements. <br /> IS HEREBY DELETED. <br /> SECTION 13: Ordinance 1671-89, as amended, (EMC19.33A.010 Public Park Zone), which <br /> reads in part <br /> Purpose. <br />
