Program adopted in Ordinance No. 2600-02 shall hereby be identified on the Zoning Map with a <br /> crosshatch pattern as the Shoreline Overlay District and a reference to the specific boundary <br /> descriptions in the Shoreline Master Program. <br /> SECTION 18: That portion of the Zoning Map established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, as <br /> amended, identified as Areas#2 - 5, which are generally described as Silver Lake, Beverly Lake, <br /> the Snohomish River and associated sloughs, and Port Gardner Bay, which are shown on the <br /> attached map marked "Exhibit A, page 2", and which are specifically described as follows: <br /> All lakes, rivers and associated sloughs, tidelands and Port Gardner Bay below the <br /> ordinary high water mark, except those areas within the Municipal Watershed, <br /> Urban Maritime and Urban Deep Water Port Shoreline environment designations <br /> as identified in Ordinance No. 2600-02. <br /> are hereby rezoned from various zones to AQ (Aquatic). <br /> SECTION 19: That portion of the Zoning Map established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, as <br /> amended, identified as Area#6, which is generally located in the area west of the BNSF railroad <br /> right-of-way, south of a line extending perpendicular to the shoreline 200 feet northeast of the <br /> Pigeon Creek No. 1 outfall at the south end of the Port of Everett's south terminal, which is <br /> shown as Area 6 on the attached map marked"Exhibit A, page 3", and which is specifically <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the centerline of the Pigeon Creek No. 1 outfall culvert to Port <br /> Gardner Bay where it intersects the northern boundary of the BNSF right-of-way <br /> in Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, W.M., then following the <br /> northern boundary of the BNSF right-of-way 200 feet to the northeast to the true <br /> point of beginning. Then following a line perpendicular to the shoreline to a point <br /> where the line intersects with the ordinary high water mark, then following the <br /> ordinary high water mark to the southwest to the point where it intersects with the <br /> northern boundary of the BNSF right-of-way, then following the northern <br /> boundary of the BNSF right-of-way to the northeast to the true point of beginning. <br /> is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) to OS (Open Space). <br /> SECTION 20: The southern and western boundaries of that portion of the Zoning Map <br /> established by Ordinance No. 1671-89, which are generally located along the Navy base and Port <br /> of Everett South Terminal, identified as Area 7 on the attached map marked "Exhibit A, page 3", <br /> are hereby relocated as follows: <br /> Southern Boundary: A line perpendicular to the shoreline that intersects the <br /> following point: Beginning at the centerline of the Pigeon Creek No. 1 outfall <br /> culvert to Port Gardner Bay where it intersects the northern boundary of the <br /> BNSF right-of-way in Section 25, Township 29North, Range 4 East, W.M., then <br /> following the northern boundary of the BNSF right-of-way 200 feet to the <br /> northeast to the true point of beginning. <br />
