� <br />� <br />l�Ioreover, the owner has faiied to make necessary repairs. Last week, I hired an <br />Envu'onmental Specialist to test our unit for mold. The specialist determined tl�at the unit <br />is not habitable due to the presence of eYcessive mold. The owner sl�ould take stcps to <br />remove the mold from the unit imrriediateIy and refund a part of the rent we have paid on <br />a unit that is currently uninhabitable. I have enclosed a copy of the specialists report for <br />your reference. <br />I would prefer to remain in the unit because I arn a disabled senior citizen and I am <br />scheduled far a surgery that wi11 rcquire significant recovery, I request that the owner <br />rescind the noiices to tezminate my tenancy and make neccssary repairs.
