All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. lf <br />reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the graund must be <br />covered with mulch as directed by the Cify Engineer. <br />14. A looped public watermain must be insfialled around the building within a 15' easement to <br />the City of Evere#t per Cifiy Standards. <br />16. Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. The Applicant has <br />submitted a Landscape Plan dated 9/27l11 which has been reviewed and approved by the <br />Planning Department. All landscaping on the project site must be in accordance with the <br />appraved Landscape Plan. Any changes to thc approved Landscape Plan must reviewed <br />by the f'lanning Department. <br />Fire Department Comments <br />Access - The Internafional Fire Code requires thai all new structures shall provide Fire <br />Department access roads to wifihin 150 feet exterior walking distance of all portions of the <br />ground floor. Fire Department access roads (Fire Lanes} shall provide a minimum of 20 <br />feet in width of unobstructed, paved driving surface, exclusive of shoulders, with a <br />minimum clear height of 13'6". Inside turn rattii mus� be 35 feet. Outside turn radii <br />rnust be 55 feet. Slope approach and departure angles must not exceed 8 degrees. <br />Fire tane grade must no� exceed 15 percent. Fire fane construction must comply <br />wiih AASHTO H30 load capacity (74,000 gvw). Fire Lanes will be posted and <br />maintained as required by the Fire Department. Unorthodox access which meets code <br />requirements but is too unusual for crews will not be allowed. <br />2. Buildings greafier than 30 feet high require ladder apparatus access in accorc�ance with the <br />2009 International Fire Code, Section D105. The unobstructed width of the access in the <br />immediafe vicinity of the building shall be 26 fieet. At least one af the required access <br />rautes shall be located within a minimum of 15 feet and a maximum of 30 feet from the <br />building and shall be positioned parallel to one entire side of the building. <br />3.
