Please note that although the sprinkler contractor may not be providing all of the work requested, the documentation of this work is required to obtain a sprinkler permit. A double-check detector valve assembly (DCDA) should be shown on the drawings to replace the single check detector that our records indicate for the fire service of this building. a. Correspondence dated March 8, 2012 that new suppression work would trigger this requirement was sent to the owner listed on Snohomish County parcel records. b. A Public Works permit will be required.
