Please submit revisions by e-mail, with a <br />response letter indicating how all corrections are resolved on the plan set. All required <br />submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will <br />be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />General <br />1. Previous comment from the first corrections letter. please identify all new work on the <br />drawings. <br />a. For example, if parking lot lines are being restriped, that work should be <br />identified on the drawings. <br />2. Previous comment from the first corrections letter. please include the applicable <br />building codes on the drawings. <br />Construction <br />The required accessible parking and accessible route triggered by permit B0411-009 should be <br />maintained, per IBC section 3411.12 and IPMC sections 106.1 and 108.1.4. <br />1. Pre�ious comment.• The dimension of the ramp shown on the drawings from the van <br />access aisle to the tenant entrance should be shown to be not greater than 1:12 slope, <br />(per ICC A117-2009 section 405.2) to provide an accessible route, per ICC A117-2009 <br />section 406.1. <br />a. If the cars are overhanging the planter area, please indicate by how much. The <br />access aisle should be shown to be at the same level as the parking space for <br />the depth of the required van accessible space. <br />2.
