August 31, 2016 <br /> City Attorney Iles stated the current ordinance still provides a good <br /> baseline, He stated the proposed resolution, which includes procedures, <br /> and the existing ordinance complement one another. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional <br /> Services Agreement with the DLR Group for the design of the <br /> Service Center Redevelopment Project in the amount of <br /> $2,003,747,00. <br /> Presented by David Davis, Public Works <br /> Dave Davis stated the fee proposal does not include monies derived from <br /> the disposal of Public Works properties, which will be necessary in order <br /> to accommodate the finance rates presented. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested Public Works provide updated <br /> information that includes the tax over layering associated with the utility <br /> rate increases that are coming into play. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated it would be helpful to receive additional <br /> detail regarding properties that will be disposed. <br /> President Murphy stated he would be interested in understanding the <br /> criteria that will be used in selecting the general contractor/construction <br /> manager (GCCM) contractor. <br /> Dave Davis stated he would provide additional information as requested <br /> above. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7023 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> 279 <br />
