August 31, 2016 <br /> President Murphy commented on today's news release from the Parks <br /> and Recreation staff announcing the reopening of access to Howarth Park <br /> beach. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate action and solidarity. <br /> Gary Watts, Everett, thanked the Police Department for their continued <br /> emphasis to clean up the Smith Street area.
