September 7, 2016 <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at last <br /> week's PSRC Growth Management Subcommittee meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated he attended last night's Planning <br /> Commission meeting and commented on Climate Solutions' work on an <br /> energy map and carbon wedge analysis for Everett, which was presented <br /> to the Commission. Council Member Roberts also reported that he is <br /> working on a proposal with the Association of Washington Cities and <br /> Center for Quality Communities to talk about building a green economy in <br /> Washington State. <br /> Council Member Moore reminded the public that Planning Commission <br /> meetings are available for viewing on the City of Everett website. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 40 minutes, concerning two legal matters pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(g) and RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(a)(c) with no announcement to <br /> follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Bruce Young, Everett, spoke about neighborhood problems, including <br /> challenges associated with clean and sober housing and services. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher asked if Mr. Young could be directed to a <br /> regulatory body. <br /> CAA/CFO Bryant asked the City Attorney to respond. <br /> 283 <br />
