This agreement also includes the necessary permanent <br /> and temporary construction easements. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Overpass Agreement and Easement with Burlington Northern Santa Fe <br /> Railroad for the Grand Avenue Bridge, substantially the form attached. <br />
