is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 18.28.130 Development standards for easement access lots. <br /> Section 24: Section 7.F.8.d of Ordinance No. 2328-98, as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 2536-01 (EMC 18.28.130.D), which reads as follows: <br /> All easement access drive short subdivisions are limited to one per street frontage, <br /> unless otherwise approved by the director and city engineer.
