1. Interior Property Line. A four-foot-high privacy fence with a mix of <br /> evergreen and deciduous trees at fifteen feet on center on each side of the fence <br /> (staggered); or <br /> 2. Exterior Property Line. A four-foot-high privacy fence with a mix of <br /> evergreen and deciduous trees at seven and one-half feet on center on the <br /> applicant's side of the fence; or <br /> 3. A vegetative hedge that will provide substantially the same screening as <br /> the fence option within three years. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> e. Easement Access Interior Lots. On any lot where a re-orientation of the unit toward <br /> the easement or panhandle is required or permitted, the director shall require the <br /> installation of one of the following landscaping/screening standards: <br /> 1. Interior Property Line. This requirement shall apply when any interior setback for a <br /> front lot, rear lot or interior lot is less than 20 feet for the buildings or surface parking. A <br /> minimum four-foot-high privacy fence with a mix of evergreen and deciduous trees at <br /> fifteen feet on center on each side of the fence (staggered); or <br /> 2. Exterior Property Line . A minimum four-foot-high privacy fence; or a vegetative <br /> hedge that will provide substantially the same screening as the fence within three years. <br /> Section 14: Section 7.F.3.g of Ordinance No. 2328-98, as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 2536-01 (EMC 18.28.080.G), which reads as follows: <br /> g. Re-Orientation of Lots or Units on Easement Access or Panhandle Lots. On any <br /> lot where a re-orientation of the unit is permitted toward the easement or <br /> panhandle and if the directional changes in the orientation of the unit creates a <br /> conflict in setbacks or a usable private yard area for the existing unit,proposed <br /> unit or any adjacent unit, the director shall require the installation of one of the <br /> following landscaping/screening standards: <br /> 1. Interior Property Line. A four-foot-high privacy fence with a mix of <br /> evergreen and deciduous trees at fifteen feet on center on each side of the fence <br /> (staggered); or <br /> 2. Exterior Property Line. A four-foot-high privacy fence with a mix of <br /> evergreen and deciduous trees at seven and one-half feet on center on the <br /> applicant's side of the fence; or <br /> 3.
