Oli''' Stantec Exhibit <br /> Scope of Work <br /> City of Everett <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> City of Everett <br /> Water Main Replacement "Q" Project <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE <br /> Water Main Replacement "Q" will line approximately 2,500 linear feet of 12" cast iron <br /> water main on Evergreen Way. <br /> The scope of work includes the preparation of CIPP specifications, an opinion of <br /> probable construction cost and related services. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND TASKS <br /> The scope of services for this project consists of the following tasks: <br /> 200. Project Management <br /> Provide initial and ongoing project management of the project. <br /> • Prepare project plan <br /> • Conduct project kickoff meeting <br /> • Prepare monthly status reports <br /> • Manage staff and tasks <br /> 201. Quality Assurance/Quality Control & Bidding Assistance <br /> Provide internal quality assurance and quality control review of CIPP <br /> recommendations. Provide overall bid document QA/QC review of Everett <br /> produced 90% design contract document set. Provide recommendations for <br /> procurement strategy and evaluation criteria for bids for CIPP portion of project. <br /> Deliverable: Review comments on Everett's 90% contract document submittal to <br /> Stantec. <br /> 202. Preparation of CIPP Specification section and recommendations <br /> Tasks may include the following: <br /> • Review existing survey information provided by City <br /> • Provide Access pit recommendations <br /> 1 <br />
