Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> Please prepare a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is <br /> addressed on the plan set. <br /> The numbered items below reference corrections from a correction letter dated March 9, <br /> 2015, that were not addressed, addressed inadequately or created correction (s) by the <br /> way it was addressed. <br /> 1. Provide retaining wall designed by licensed structural engineer for CMU walls with pony <br /> walls on top. Provide detail(s) for each condition,joists parallel, joists perpendicular and <br /> no joists (at stairs) attached at top of wall. <br /> The engineer shall submit calculations and drawings as needed to clearly define the <br /> construction required to build an assembly capable of resisting all loads for wind, seismic <br /> and gravity loads. ( Show all conditions above including window openings. <br /> 6. Sheet number 5 has 2 notes added by the engineer for"2x4 blocking @ 4'-0" O.C." and <br /> 2x4 P.T.
