Per the engineer of record, notes and a detail have been added to sheet 3, to the affect of adding a 4x6 <br /> around the entire interior perimeter of the CMU wall at the top of the 2x4 stud furring wall, supported on 4 <br /> x 4 columns 6' oc maximum. Additionally it is noted that there be no splice in the beam along the stair <br /> opening. Engineer will sign. <br /> 2. 2x6 wall with R-21 insulation and access door to be U-0.30 is now noted on sheet 3. <br /> 3. Min. 100cfm exhaust fan is noted in kitchen, sheet 2. <br /> 4. 3'-0" dimension has been added to window well, sheet 3, to help clarify adjacent window well note. <br /> 5. Required artificial light calculations and callout note has been added to upper left corner, sheet 3. <br /> 6. Per engineer. <br /> 7. Window callout now includes opening, with adjacent note to verify that window meets egress <br /> requirements. Bedroom egress window note has already been altered by someone to state that the <br /> maximum height from floor to window opening is 44". <br /> Hopefully these changes address your concerns. The changes have been clouded on the plan set.
